Service offered to all levels in sprinting from fundamental-recreation to elite sport athletes. A planed progression program to take an athlete to peak performance. This service can be book as a one to one or part of a small group on a hourly pay as you go terms. A monthly plan also available but only guaranteed as one to one bases, see details below.

This service will solely depends on the individual stage of training, a) Beginners: emphasis on a body-weight program to start with. b) Advance training stage would consist of implementing weights,resistance, Plyometric , Testing. c) For the more established elite athlete implementation of Sport specific Strength and Conditioning coaching on offer. Monthly plans below.

  6. 4 x One to One coaching sessions

  1. Initial Consultation

  2. Training Schedule to fit athlete's needs: Macro,Micro-cycles

  3. Email commitment from coach

  4. Phone / Whats-app Feedback

  5. Nutrition & Physio referrals

  6. 4 x One to One coaching sessions plus advise while none face to face training.

  7. Coach analysis and adjustment of training session when targeting Sport Performance.

  8. Testing.

Elite Athlete S & C Monthly Plan
  1. Initial Consultation

  2. Training Schedule to fit athlete's needs: Macro,Micro-cycles

  3. Email commitment from coach

  4. Phone / Whats-app Feedback

  5. Nutrition & Physio referrals

  6. 6 x  One to One coaching           sessions plus up to 4 unscheduled sessions.

  7. Coach analysis and adjustment of training session when targeting Sport Performance. 

  8.  Testing.

  9. Lab Testing  ( v02  max)  referrals
